I design and create manual test cases in x-ray in Jira and also execute automated test cases.
I write API functional and load/performance/stress tests for back-end functional applications. I also write end-to-end tests for front-end applications and carry out manual functional as well as exploratory tests. I collaborate closely with developers to identify, log, prioritize, and verify defects in a defect tracking system. I extend test frameworks and environments and play a central role in establishing best practices for testing in an agile environment.
Technologies and tools used include but are not limited to Postman, Cypress, k6.io, RestAssured, Frisby.js, Jasmine, Chai, Mocha, Jira, Git, Github, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, StrongDM, Slice, Kafka, Codefresh, Slack, etc.
